Help! I’m Trapped!

What can I do when it feels like there is no way out?

Many people feel trapped, in their job, relationships, home or life in general.  They are unable to see a path that leads them out of where they are.

If this is you, take the time to close your eyes and breathe deeply into your heart centre a few times.  Acknowledge any feelings you have of, for example, helplessness, powerlessness, grief and so on.

Now give yourself a gift.  Ask your heart for a gift and see in your mind’s eye what has been given to you.  Open the gift and ask what it wants you to know.

Now ask your heart for a song.  Breathe deeply again.  Does a song come to mind?  What are the lyrics that you hear?

Put together the information that you have received.  What is your heart calling you to do or see?
