MINDSET PART TWO: Charging Your Ideas

How do you feel about your ideas?  What emotions are powering your thoughts?

When you are thinking about what you want to create, how are you feeling?  Excited, happy, grateful, appreciative, fearful, anxious, guilty and so on.  Notice how intense that emotion feels.  Does the emotion align positively with your thoughts?  Are you imagining what you want and feeling excited as though it were happening now?  Is your energy high or low?

Notice throughout the day what you are feeling, the intensity of the feeling and what you thinking about at the time. 

If you are having trouble moving out of an emotion, play some uplifting music, dance like no-one is watching, sing or engage in some physical movement that requires your full attention.

Reset by breathing in and out of your heart space until you feel your emotions calm.  Feel your feet on the floor and ground yourself in the present moment.  Focus your thoughts on what you want to create and imagine how good it would feel if it were happening now.  Repeat throughout the day.

Raise your vibration by pairing positive thoughts with feel good emotions.
