Listening to the Calling of Your Heart
There is a whisper on the wind, one that calls your name. This is the sound of your heart. It does not need to be loud to be heard but it does require you to listen.
Are you taking the time, preferably each day, to tune into the whispers of your heart? Are you listening with your full self not just your ears? Can you hear the whispers on the wind?
What happens when you hear nothing? Do you become frustrated? Angry that you cannot hear anything? Or do you take it as an invitation to go deeper, to go within or to simply let go and allow the message to come to you in its own time?
There are those who think that they are failing if they do not hear clearly what their heart wishes them to know at any given moment, and yet, information can come in a number of different ways. Signs you keep seeing, your emotions, a song that keeps playing in your mind, numbers that keep appearing, a message from another, a book or a course you feel drawn to, a quote you may see written on a passing truck and so on.
Messages are not always obvious or loud, they can be subtle, repetitive or come from a source other than yourself. Take the time to listen to the calling of your heart by employing all your senses and know that messages can be conveyed at any time, even when you sleep.
