Let the Journey Begin

Begin by placing your hands over your heart.  Breathe deeply for 4 – 5 breaths, in and out through your heart.  Now begin to imagine yourself living the life you choose.  What is the first thing you see?  This is your first priority.

Take the time to see to its fullest expression your first area that came to mind.

Begin to imagine what you would do first to create this in your life.  What is the very first step to take? 

See yourself taking this step.  How does it look and feel to you?
