Who Do You Think You Are?
There are many benefits to knowing yourself, your preferences, likes and dislikes, wants and needs and so on. But is there room to grow, to develop, to change?
There are many ways to define who you are and there is comfort in knowing yourself.
Create room to grow by allowing yourself to be different – to choose differently, to dress differently, to move to a different beat. This restores your ability to flow and be agile.
Break out of solid structures and life-long patterns by shaking yourself up. Choose to think differently on occasion, choose to see things differently or from a new perspective, choose to wear different colours and styles, change your hairstyle, try different types of exercise, change your routine. Break out of the mould to allow new shapes to form.
Who do you think you are? I am who I choose to be.
